Induction

Every exhibitor and contractor (that includes staff, drivers, family members, volunteers, anyone associated with your site) is required to complete the H&S Induction found below on this page. Every person onsite on pack in day MUST wear a HiViz vest and enclosed shoes…. no vest, no entry!

Please remember that no children under the age of 16 will be allowed on site at any time during pack in and pack out.

Exhibitor Passes

These must be collected from the Show Office before you begin setting up your site, we do have security on site who are monitoring this. If you need to order or purchase more passes please let Jenny know, sales@classicevents.co.nz
